Cold Fighting Tonic Recipe

Method
- In a small pot bring 2 cups of water to the boil.
- While the water is boiling, cut the small knob of ginger into slices.
- Once the water is boiling, add in the ginger pieces and cook on low-medium heat for about 10 minutes. The water will have an amber colour when ready.
- Cut the lemon into small wedges.
- Pour honey into a cup, and add the lemon wedges.
- Add the water and ginger tea once cooled.
- Add the Apple Cider Vinegar and sprinkle a dash of Cayenne pepper or turmeric.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
