Cold Fighting Tonic Recipe




  1. In a small pot bring 2 cups of water to the boil.
  2. While the water is boiling, cut the small knob of ginger into slices.
  3. Once the water is boiling, add in the ginger pieces and cook on low-medium heat for about 10 minutes. The water will have an amber colour when ready.
  4. Cut the lemon into small wedges.
  5. Pour honey into a cup, and add the lemon wedges.
  6. Add the water and ginger tea once cooled.
  7. Add the Apple Cider Vinegar and sprinkle a dash of Cayenne pepper or turmeric.
  8. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
