Salt & Vinegar Roasted Potatoes




  1. Steam new potatoes until tender (20-30 mins). When cooked drain and let dry.
  2. Preheat Oven to 220 Celsius, pour oil in shallow roasting tin and heat for 5 mins.
  3. Place potatoes in roasting tin and crush with a fork (a little squish, not too much). You want them to have rough edges which will crisp and brown up better in the oven.
  4. Roast for 20 mins, turn them and roast another 10 mins.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and vinegar. Add more accordingly to taste!
  6. Tuck in!
