If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact us by email or phone before midday on Friday prior to delivery. Delivery will be dispatched from the Orchard Monday morning.
After midday Friday, the produce has been ordered & harvesting scheduled so orders cannot be changed.
Payments are taken at checkout however if you have any questions or queries you can email firstname.lastname@example.org
Goods will be delivered to the delivery address listed on your order form. Please clearly specify your daytime contact number (our courier may wish to call you) and your delivery address as requested.
Please allow for up to one week between placement of order and delivery.
All deliveries are couriered in factory-new, un-contaminated and safe packaging, with signage and transport to the courier depot. We make every effort to get our top-quality fruit to your delivery address safely. Ultimately it depends on the courier to ensure safe delivery. Please check on arrival that all fruit arrived in good condition. Responsibility for goods damaged during courier transit cannot be accepted by Little Shaggery Farm.
Our commitment is to supply you with the best quality fruit that nature can provide.
If you are missing something from your delivery box, or if you receive something that you believe is of poor quality, please let us know.
Due to Mother Nature, sometimes the orchard may not be able to produce/deliver exactly what you requested. This can be due to sudden changes in weather effecting growth or the orchard not having as much of a crop as estimated. If this happens we will contact you and substitute something similar as per availability from the orchard.
