I just want to let you know how much our household loves your vinegars. I came across it in a shop in Waipu. I have a small business myself and added a bit of your quince vinegar to my quince paste. Really adds depth, hence the 3 bottles. We also drink one of the vinegars 2-3 times a day before meals. Joanne Anson
